Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree the following terms of service.🍍 I. General Terms 🍍Talk in a polite and clear manner when conversing with me about your commission work. Any ill mannered behavior will not be tolerated and I reserve the right to cancel your commission.🍍 II. Process 🍍Please provide a clear description or reference image of what you want. A sketch may be provided where you can request simple changes. Only minor modifications are available on the final piece. Wait time is dependent on complexity of the piece and your place in line. Please inquire if you need it expedited.🍍 III. Payment/Refunds 🍍100% of the payment must be made upfront unless otherwise agreed upon by you the commissioner and me the artist.If payment is not delivered within an appropriate amount of time, I may cancel your commission.Full refunds may only be received if you cancel your order before I start on it.🍍 IV. Copyright & Usage Policy 🍍I, the artist, hold all rights to any artworks I produce, not the commissioner.As the artist, I may use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself wherever and whenever. The commissioner is only allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use with the exception of the Content Creator license (Check box on VGen Comms). The commissioner may print the artwork and claim any rights to the character but not the artwork itself. If the commissioner posts the artwork anywhere online, proper credit must be given to the artist.Copy Right Infringement is considered as:❌ Reproducing or using the copyrighted artwork in a commercial setting. (Making money off it in anyway without prior agreement)
❌ Taking credit for the artwork
❌ Removing any signatures or watermarks on the artwork
❌ Altering/Editing the artwork without the artist's (my) consentIf the commissioner breaks any of these rules or commits copyright infringement, they will lose any rights to the artwork.
